I am thrilled to announce that my autobiography has been chosen for inclusion at the prestigious International Impact Book Awards, set to be celebrated at a gala event this November in Phoenix. This recognition is not just an honor for me, but a testament to the journey, stories, and truths I've endeavored to share through my writing.


The International Impact Book Awards are renowned for celebrating books that make significant contributions to their respective fields, offering insights, fostering understanding, and influencing their readership. Being recognized by such an organization underscores the universal resonance of the narratives woven within my book.


The gala in Phoenix promises to be a gathering of like-minded individuals, authors, critics, and literature enthusiasts, all united in their appreciation for the power of the written word. It is an opportunity to engage with a community that supports and promotes literary excellence across the globe.


I am eagerly looking forward to this event, where I will have the chance to meet other authors, share experiences, and enjoy the celebration of literary achievements. This is a milestone in my writing career and a strong motivation to continue writing.

Loneliness - You're Not Alone

by Adena Harmon As I traveled to meet with a builder and real estate agent in upper Michigan, I suddenly realized just how profound my loneliness was. I had hoped to meet someone during my time in Detroit since I was flying in and out from here, but weeks ago, she had told me, "Sorry, I won't be here." My heart sank. We had discussed meeting in person for over a year. Although we have drifted apart in terms of developing a friendship, we have work on a project that keeps us connected for a while longer.
